Terms & Conditions

·        Contractor shall have fulfilled its obligations when Contractor accomplishes the Contractor activities described within this Agreement.

  • Client will play an integral role in the development of any of the programs, even if Forward Food Solutions is doing the development.  The Client must be open and honest about all products, process, practices, and food safety & quality issues.  Client must supply requested information and documents.  Success of the project is based on information provided by Client. 

  • Client acknowledges that Contractor may need to share certain confidential information with Contractor’s employees, agents, subcontractors, and consultants in order for the Contractor to provide the stated Scope of Work.

  • NEITHER FORWARD FOOD SOLUTIONS, LLC NOR ELISE FORWARD, MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY MATTER WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY OF THE INFORMATION OR ASSISTANCE PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, NOR OF THE OWNERSHIP OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY OF THE ASSISTANCE PROVIDED.

  • The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless any of the officers, employees, or agents of Forward Food Solutions, LLC from any loss, claim, or liability of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Agreement and the assistance provided by Forward Food Solutions, LLC.

  • REPLACE WITH INVOICING TERMS If either party wishes to terminate this Agreement, every attempt must be reasonably made to resolve any issue prior to termination.  A written 30-day notice must be provided to Contractor in order to terminate the contract.  Any payments due during the 30-day notice and any prior payments due are the responsibility of the client and must be paid.

  • The Client agrees that it has a limited license to use any materials provided by Forward Food Solutions, LLC, and that this use is exclusively limited to the Client’s own private use.  Client agrees that it does not own any rights in any intellectual property of Forward Food Solutions, LLC and is not allowed to make these publicly available or to sell material provided by Forward Food Solutions, LLC.
