Provide an initial gap analysis

Identify the certain elements of the standard where additional training is required so that the client’s employees are able to understand the standard, learn what is required, and recognize why certain programs are needed

Provide training on the standard

Perform an in-depth review of existing policies, procedures, documentation, forms, etc. with specific recommendations of changes needed to come into compliance with the chosen standard

Facilitate discussions regarding options for compliance and what would work best in the specific company/client setting

Assist in implementing, updating, and reviewing documents

 Audit to the new standard with the client’s internal auditing team (this can include internal auditor training)

Provide certification audit preparation

Be an on-site presence during the first audit
